The slower-paced, targeted sequence of movements allows for mindful breath work and body alignment awareness.

Whether your intention is to tighten, tone and sculpt the entire body, gain mental clarity or improve body alignment, flexibility or range of motion, Pilates Sculpt classes have something to offer all participants.

Every class is designed to engage all large muscle groups and their supporting, stabilizing muscles for whole body wellness and cohesion.

Each class has options and props for all fitness levels. 

BARRE PILATES FUSION

Barre Pilates Fusion classes contain low-impact, high-intensity ballet-inspired barre and Pilates movements fused together to flow with a fun playlist to keep the heart rate and energy up!

Classes focus on toning muscle, increasing flexibility and range of motion, and improving core strength.

Controlled movement with optional weights and resistance create deep, functional, sustained muscle engagement that will tone, stretch, and elongate muscles.

 All classes are designed to target all major muscles groups along with their supporting and stabilizing muscles and have options for all fitness levels.
